Sweet Memory Lane is a traditional family sweet shop, run by a fun-loving and quirky team of sweet enthusiasts. Whether you’re craving a quarter of a sweet you thought was long lost, or simply a bag of your favourite treats, we are here to serve you with a smile.

Our shelves are filled with over 300 jars of sweets, ranging from traditional boiled favourites to Haribo, from Flying Saucers to humbugs, and even an ever-increasing selection of sugar-free sweets and chocolate. In fact, we believe you’d be hard pressed to find such an extensive range anywhere nearby, throughout Leicestershire, or possibly even across the Midlands.

But sweets aren’t the only thing we’re passionate about. Our tables and crates are brimming with luxury chocolate from Kernow & Perlege, delightful candy, and authentic Turkish Delight from Mr Stanley’s. Seasonally, you’ll also find shortbread from Simply Cornish on the gorgeous Cornish coast and coffee from one of the UK’s oldest importers, Taylors of Harrogate. And of course, we couldn’t forget our delicious fudge, still made the traditional way in copper pans and brought all the way from Cornwall.

Our party bags are legendary, and they always go down well with kids of all ages — even the grown-up ones! We know the best part of any party is the goodie bag you take home. From climbing parties to cinema trips for a first big birthday treat, we have plenty of ideas to make every celebration extra special.
